Mtech 2 Valence owners

I searched and couldn't find a specific enough answer to my question.
For you Mtech 2 Valence owners :
Is a Mtech 2 front valence possible to install on a car with a plastic bumper valence that has cracks? The valence is fairly straight and it looks like the Mtech 2 Valence fits right over the old plastic one like a cover.

Kind of confused but the Mtech 2 abs valance goes over the metal late model valance, will need some plastic clips to install it.

mtech II bumper and valence are two seperate parts. you mount the mtech II bumper to the plastic bumper core and the valence over the existing metal valence
