Looking for a decent body shop to give my Brilliant-rot a fully repaint budget of 2k the car is 95% rust free just a few dings and peeling clear coat and fading on the plastics.

2k is going to be a bit tight. Try pyke brothers in midtown. -
Procar in Pompano Beach, they work from bmw 2002s, 1954 jags to Ferraris and Lambos, they work with you, tell'em William's brother recomended ( my brother opened an account for them with state farm) but realistically, a decent paint job is 3k over.
