Late Model E30 front body panel replacement question

Hey guys, I am new to r3vlimited. I have read a few of the DIY guides and they are pretty helpful. I am looking to purchase a late model E30 (325i year 1990) that I found online. The car seems to be running great at 216k miles. Starts up cold fast and runs smooth. Idle is good.

The previous owner said he got in a mild fender bender and damaged the right side fender, hood, and headlights in the front. The metal bar is also a little bent. I am wondering if I can possible replace all of these items for cheap? I know the fender, hood, and leadlights are easy however I am not sure of the metal bar. The car drives fine but pulls to the right a lot so I am thinking there is also maybe a wheel balance/alignment issue. The steering wheel feels really loose and likes to turn right.

Please let me know, thanks. I hope to be a part of this community soon!

My car has similar damage. I'd probably passed on it if I'd known the pain in the rear finding parts in my local would be. I'm sure SF has a better parts market.

A car that pulls has bent suspension and/or frame damage.
