Best way to repair this

I bought this car a few months ago and it's been a slow project. I am going to be starting to fix the dings and dents and I have this on my drivers side door frame. Just looking for some insight on how to fix it properly.

Hammer, angle grinder, MIG welder, sheet metal, primer, bondo, and paint. Go.

Not yet. I'm still trying to figure out the best way. I might cut the panel out of a junkyard car for the dent on the crease.
