To match or not to match side mirrors

So here is the question. The mirrors on my Zinnoberrot 325ix have faded and no longer match the body. The colour is off.

Any thoughts on refinishing the mirrors black as opposed to trying to colour match the 25 year old paint job?

I think black would be just fine, or, try to find some used Zinno ones in good condition. Something with age should match up fairly close?

Or get a rattle can of matched paint, and paint them yourself.

Black mirrors sometimes makes a car look like it's a low-end base model.
