Paint doesn't match under yellow light?

I bought a fender from the Pick n pull - same year, same color, same everthing. Put it on and it looks great. BUT - when I parked in a parking lot that has those yellow lights, the panel stands out completely different. What is going on? Anything I can do?

the entire car it's off might have received a stock repaint using a different brand of paint.

The panel looks a little brighter in normal light as well. Also, did you use under-bumper fog lights in the eS valance?

Funny thing is, the hood is also a re-spray (by me in my garage) using PPG paint. Pretty sure that's not the paint used in 1986, and it matches better.

I was thinking it was due to different weathering - more time in the sun.

And the fogs, yeah . . . that's the best they would fit in there. Those ETA es fogs are NLA big time. I have never seen a set anywhere, and I'm unwilling to pay a kings ransom for them on fleabay or whatever.
