if the frame or rails are bent that where it get expen$ive. setting up a car on the rack can be time consuming and be prepaired to pay accordingly. if it just bent the shocks (bumper) it wont be all that bad. no insurence on the four runner? i thought that cali had manditory insurence? btw watch otu if you do go through insurence, theirs or yours, because of the age of your car, they will want to total your car after only a minimal amount of damage. it sucks but it is a fact of life when it comes to dealing with insurence companies. they are all pretty much bastards!!seien Sie größer, als Sie erscheinen

i hit the front end of my 87 and i got it quoted just for pulling the frame straight, no body work, it would be around the 300-600 range, depending on what areas the accident affected. and im in LA as well.Comment

i say get the money first, then if he don't go through insurance. Oh use a wench to bend that shit back up if you dont want to pay to have it done nicely. Wench+pole+moving the car at about 5-10 mph = homemade frame puller!! watch out though...peices will come off...don't pull to hard.Comment

straighted a tail gate on a truck after a set of ramps broke, and a 4-wheeler came crashing down, and bent the tail gate into a U bolt shape, held a 2X4 across the tail gate and backed into a 18 wheeler trailer, perfect height, straightend it pretty good, doesn't have anything to do with your car, but it can be done, plus the way i think of it, it's a 20 year old car, unless you have loads of money dumped into it, why does it need to look perfect.... i say fix it yourself, get a bunch of cash and get drunk and forget about itComment
