Color Match Paint - Wheels

I just had my iX weaves powder coated silver and they look killer. But now when I go to put my center caps on the color is slightly off. The cap is a hard plastic so they can't be powder coated.

What's the best way to color match and paint these center caps?

Also - any tips on removing the BMW center logo would be very helpful.
