Why is my front valence a dirt magnet?

My car is alpine white, I can keep the entire thing clean but for some reason the front valence gets dirty very quickly, and requires MUCH more effort to clean up. I'm sure its a factor of the fact that the paint is different, and its on the front of the car, but what gives?

Any tips on how to keep it clean, or methods that don't involve 2 hours of scrubbing to get it clean

use a good sealant and then a wax on it.

then when you clean it make sure you use a soap that won't strip the wax and sealant.
