Anyone recently put remove and replace the rear panel?

I recently got a nice cheap eta but the rear panel is dented and causes leaks around the tail lights. It's cheap at under 200 but wondering how major of a job it truly is.

it's all spot welded. Even the valance. So... sound like fun?
