Ouch! If the metal is structurally sound, you could try pulling the dent out bit by bit with a stud welder and slide hammer. If it's pretty rusty and not worth straightening you might want to replace the outer rocker panel piece, if it's still available.

Well the car is almost totally rust free, so it should be ok I think. Is that hard? I've never tried it

Actually, I just found some new rocker panels for $50 total both sides. How would you go about detaching and installing?
