how should I go about popping this dent out it's pretty big but nothing is creased

Looks like a good time to get your fenders rolled. With a slight pull on both sides I'd bet someone could make it look like it never happened. They may even be able to roll it perfectly flat if you don't want the pulled look.The first car I ever rode in was an e30
