89 vert Bumper swap - little help please

Looking to put on plastic bumpers.
Parts wise will I also need front rear carriers? (#8 in pic below)


From searches I know I will have to grind off the tow hitches.

Yes, #8 is the actual bumper itself. #1 is just a skin that looks pretty. Basically you need everything in that diagram.
