What side skirts are these?

Got these from a local friend and can't tell what they are... They fit my 89 coupe. Google turned up nothing on the part number listed. It says either BBS Design or EBS Design made to look like bbs.

They say, I think:
EBS Design
Typ S 020248 L and R



And mounted

They're EBS design.

Any idea on value? Old catalogs like that is all I've seen.

I have no idea on value. If they where mine I'd ask $125.
