Foglights trouble!!

So I have a 86 325e and well I click my foglight button and my foglights won't turn on. Also have a foglight missing, how would I wire this!?
Also .. My turn signals blink fine and everything but when I turn on my lights at night time only my right one stays on but they both blink what can be my problem ?

have you downloaded your ETM here http://www.wedophones.com/BMWManualsLead.htm and looked at the diagrams to determine which fuses to check? do you have a voltmeter or test light to do some testing?

your parking light issue may just be a burned out bulb as they are dual filament one for turn the other for park lamp so check the bulbs
