front bumper bolt sheered off

Hey guys first i want to say i love this forum and everything you guys do on here. I have a 1991 318 is bmw. I had to put a new passenger fender on and i wemt to take the front bumper off amd one of the bolts has a head that is sheered off. I need to het this bumper off. Is there a way without drilling out that bolt? Thanks in advance.

Maybe you can get to the shock mount bolts. If not that bolt is like 3" long.
