    If the place with the donor car will let you, the easiest way is to get a sawzall and/or grinder and cut the rad support behind the front frame rails (main rails in your pic that the bumper shocks mount to. If the fenders are off the donor car, cut a few inches behind where the top arms of the rad support meet the upper rails (that the fenders mount to). Drag that shit out of the yard and take it home where you can spend time on it. And, now that its out of the car you can flip it or turn it which ever way you need to get to all the spot welds.

    Depending on how bad the damage is, you may want to get the car to a frame shop to have everything measured up properly. This is crucial if you want everything else to fit together properly (fenders, hood, bumpers, etc.)
