Next weekend, I'm repainting my bumper trim, the bumper shrouds, the front and rear bumpers, the side mouldings, both door handles, and the windshield wiper grilles. I've got one can already (15 oz), but I suspect I'll need at least one more, possibly 2 to be safe. Also, for the bumpers, will one can of self-etching primer be enough?

Anyone? Someone must know about how much coverage you can get per can. -
I dont know how much paint it will take to paint all that but i would like to give you the heads up on taking the door handles off. The screws tend to break. So if you feel that the screw is feeling lose, look to see if it is really losening up because if you keep on going they might break.92 Granite Silver Vert

Go with 2 full cans and whatever you have in the extra. Thatll be plenty. Ive done the same stuff on my buddies early model and it used about that much, the surounds suck in the paint.HDE30 <3Comment
