The sunroof tray is rusted. Was thinking of putting a fibreglass fill in panel in place. But the rest of the roof is showing slight bubbles. Do you think it can be saved. The first photo is between the shadow trim and the roof. The other photos are on the roof skin. Opinions?

Only thing you can do is sand it down and repaint. White is pretty easy to blend, you could try doing it yourself first with a spray can from paintscratch.com. Just sand the rusty spots to bare metal, clean, prime and paint. Wet sand an cut and buff to blend it all together.
