    Bumper adjustment

I have a 1988 325ic that I have converted to late-model valance and bumper. The bumper is not sitting well because it meets the fender correctly on one side but on the other side it's off about 1/2 of an inch.

What can be done to tuck that in to get it close to the bumper? Do I need to modify the mount clip that holds the bumper?

    Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Do you have item 5 on both sides? http://bmwfans.info/parts-catalog/E3.../bumper_front/
