Wondering if anybody has had any experiences with these fender flares on a 4dr late model. Just wanted to get opinions as I don't have $300-400 to spend on flares right now.

I, for one, loved the add and am totally stealing the word "qualitatively". -
If you don't have $3-400 for flares right now, then don't buy them right now. Wait until you can afford decent ones.
Have you looked at kamotors flares?
