I have the electric top working perfect on my 91 325i vert.
When the top is in the boot, and the tonneau cover closes, the driver side latches and the passenger side.
I feel like there is play coming from where the cover connects into the car on the passenger side, as I have a bit of a small gap and it not sealing correctly. I bought the car like this and wanted input from someone who has taken the tonneau covers off. I can post some pics up too.
