That's one spot where I'm leaning toward putting it.

Did you use a buffer with the cutting compound? There's a nice ghost lettering where my badge used to be. I'm considering having the car professionally detailed - buffed and the works. I think it would help the car wonderfully, cause my paint isn't all that bad (except for my roof, which is beginning to fade). But, I've been wondering if there was a way to get rid of that ghost lettering crap.

Josh, your car looks way too much like mine. Except for stance and wheels, and the stupid DTM tips that stick out just a bit too far.

Nope, I just put some on a microfiber towel and went at it with some pressure, about 2 times. Took it all off, and then I just re-waxed that area, but in larger sweep, to blend it with the rest of the trunklid.

Once again, with a black car, the black part at the top wouldn't show up unless you were standing right there, and it would look retarded.

maybe, i think it would look good, plus don't you want people to walk up to your car and say "what the hell is that?" then "Ohhh, i havent seen that before" or "wow, cool".

Nah, not to worried about it. I did it for me, because I think it looks better. Like I said before, I don't like having a badge there at all, because I think it throws off the balance of the car, from a looks standpoint.

If your going with the simple, clean, badgeless look dont make your interior look tacky. Keep the theme running.

And here I was thinking of putting a 320-emblem on the trunk, just to mess with peoples heads..

                            Or should I stay bagdeless?
