I have a very clean original e30 from AZ but it does have a few nicks and scratches here and there. for example, along the door edges, near the key hole, below the front bumper, and along the leading edge of the hood. I really don't want to do any major paint work because all the parts still have stickers and the original pin stripe is intact. there is no corrosion on the car. so I'm wondering if anyone has experience with touch up for such issues. would a color matched paint marker be the best thing? I realize I may have to redo the touch up from time to time. I'll post some close ups after I wash the car today.

Ok So I bought that Dr. Colorchip stuff hand have to disagree with any positive recommendations what so ever. I've watched all their videos and the stuff I got behaves totally differently.
I am dabbing the paint on like advised. and when I wipe my finger across, it just wipes the paint out of the void. the guy in the videos is super sloppy and casual, suggesting a relative ease of use.
So before I send the stuff back and post a review, maybe someone out there would like to offer some suggestions. and, yes, I had a body guy try it too.89 e30
