fasteners for hood pad

I am installing a one piece hood pad. Which plastic fasteners do I need? A photo of the fastener would be helpful so I will know what to order.

That said, though, I removed mine because it rubbed on my intake manifold and I've noticed zero difference in engine bay noise. Food for thought.

Thanks for the info on the fastener. I have the glued on foam pieces in there now but I am going to give the one piece hood a try. My former e30 had the one piece pad installed and it seemed quieter. Also, I have the buzzy M42 engine.
