Hey mates,
It's been a sad week for me,last friday I got hit by a bus on the rear quarter of my e30.
the car had a dent previously on the same side, mechanically only the trailing arm has been bent but the body has a huge dent between the door and the arch, almost hit the window frame.
We checked and the body is still straight,so I'm going in for a repair, but here comes the question.
Should I re-straighten the panel and just try to make it the best and replace the door or should I take a whole rear quarter from a wrecked car and cut and replace the whole panel? this would involve cutting the roof main pillars.
I do like the idea of having a completely healthy body again with no repaired dents, but I'm a bit afraid of cutting/welding the pillars as the car has been recently swapped with an euro s50
in for the comments, thanks for the support guys!
