I'm converting my 87 vert to plastic bumpers (so far I only have the late model front valance) and I found a rear bumper assembly for $100 on Craigslist. It has cracks and I was wondering if it would be worth trying to repair them.

it is not easy to repair these bumpers. you will waste a lot of time and effort and it will never be 100% fixed due to the type of plastic these bumpers are made out of. you would be much better off finding a bumper cover in better shape. it is shameful someone would try to sell that for $100. I have tossed bumper covers in better shape then that.
