After driving myself crazy thinking I had a noisy ball joint or strut, I've discovered that when my hood is latched fully in place there is up and down play/movement on the windshield side.
It it appears that the rollers on the hood are moving around inside of the notched brackets. Is it possible that these rollers have worn smaller over time? I don't have another car or set to compare it to right now and I'd hate to order new rollers that do the same thing.
Anyone run into this issue?
