Help repairing a racing dynamics e30 rear spoiler

I received a racing dynamics rear spoiler in trade this weekend and it needs some work. All of the studs are missing I am not sure if it bolts in from the bottom or the studs are actually missing.

any advice on repairing this is welcomed. Thank you.

Also I will post pics of the spoiler in question asap.

I am currently looking into a plastic based body filler so the filler can flex. If there are any that are better than the other feel free to let me know.
