AlpinWeiss - any domestic close match?

I've got a few spots I want to touch up on my 88 vert finished in Alpinweis. (Code 146, Alpinweiß)

The car will be painted next spring so I'm trying to get by with a little TLC for the time being. Can anyone recommend a close matching paint available over the counter for a more common vehicle (like a domestic or Japanese?)

What is the difference between 146 Alpinweis , 219 Alpinweis II, 300 Alpinweis III?

Paintscratch.com for exact match paint in cans, spray cans or touch up stick.

Most auto paint stores will mix up a bottle of touch up paint or spray paint of any car color you want. I got a can of cinnabar red for 17 bucks.
