    High temp paint Question

I have gotten some requests for motorsport colors on a valve cover and sadly the PPG store near me cannot do a color code matching for the motorsports colors, in other words they cant match them for the job. in reponse I have been trying to find a way to get around that. It has been suggested to me that if I used a high temp primer/paint and then use a regular spray over it that it would be okay. is this the case? if not then does anyone know where I can order High temp sprays by the color codes?

On the subject do you guys know of any brand, off the top of your head, that would be a high temp black that would match a trim paint.

They get pretty warm. On a hot day, I can't touch my valve cover for long. But, it wouldn't burn you instantly like the exhaust manifolds.
