Gas Door Stuck?

I'm going to chalk this up to being a newbie but I can't figure out how the gas door works on my 325is.

Do I just pull it? It seems to be stuck if I do this and I don't want to break it...

Is there a magic button?
Clap my hands?

unlock your doors, the gas tank filler door is connected to the central locking system. If you dont want to get in your car, unlock your trunk, it'll pop.
