Advice needed for rear valance help

I have a 91ix sedan. I need some suggestions and advice for the rear valence. Mine is rusted and been reshapped by PO and looks like crap.

I have looked at some bumper valence covers, but they look cheap and stick out way to far. They just look goofy.

Is my only option to cut of the old valence and weld a new piece on? Ideas, brands products that are good and not cheap or tacky looking would be greatly appreciated. Also items that would fit a late model ix would be preferred.

My concerns:
Kopi Mtechnic 2 replica kit sounds like it will fix my problem, but I have heard it is poor quality and looks goofy installed.

Ix I want keep my ix side skirts and wheel trim, I have found a few pieces that sellers on here have offered but we have never been able to confirm ix fitment. What will fit any experts please way in.

I know this seems like noob type questions, but I have been searching for nice looking options for about a year, and truly have had no luck.

Considering purchasing a M tech valence bumper combo. anyone have any fitment advice or install advice for a sedan late model ix. Thanks
