    Repainting Side Rubber Strips

Hey guys. I did a search for shadowline and repainting the black rubber on the car, but I can't find anyone (so far) that's repainted the rub strips on the side of the car. Can this be done with the SEM trim paint?

If it can, since I've got the older style with the chrome strip, can the chrome be sanded off and then sprayed so the trim is all black?

Yes, and yes. Just mask off, scuff it up a bit, and paint. It would look so much better!
