New Hood Insulation - Also use aftermarket adhesive?

Hey guys,

Anyone have experience with installing new hood insulation? Just received some OEM insulation to replace the missing panels, and wondered if anyone could share their experience with this. Should I also spray on some 3M adhesive, or will the factory glue (that already exists on the new panels) work just fine? Any tips?

Just make sure it's clean and rubbed with some alcohol to prep, then use the adhesive that's already on the insulation. Mine's been good for several years now
