91 MTech 2 - Side Skirt Frustration!

Hello all.

Any good recommendations on finding the correct hardware for this detached skirt? This is a 91 MTECH 2 771. I can't seem to find the resource.... and i don't want to just zip tie or bring it to the shop where they will put a sheet metal screw in it lol.
