91 e30 4door - rear window vents/trim/air moulding

Hey everyone I was just wondering if the coupe rear window trim/vent will work on a four door model. N/A car, Canada. Hopefully you guys know what I'm talking about. It's the window trim on the rear door, they are called window trim air outlet mouldings on inter-web. Thanks.

The pieces have different part numbers so I would guess they aren't the same. I've had a couple silent tech threads myself over the years :)
