While replacing the lock anything else I should do?

So a couple years back someone tried to break into my car, and messed up the lock on my door. I picked up a kit to rekey a new lock.

What else should I do while I'm inside the door? I figure lubricate the track for the windows. What about the window motor? Any maintenance I should do to it or anything else?

Lube all the lock / door handle linkages. Take a good look at the window track and clean / lube as necessary. As for the window motor, you may want to look at the gear that drives the track and make sure that is also clean and lubed properly.

Add a little sound deadening material?
