    Spoiler Help

ok, hello all, i did some searchin on the past threads and didnt find much, i decided that i wanna go with the M-tec 2 rear spoiler, yet, where can i find one?? found some on ebay but with led brake lights taht im not feeelin, so i want some opinions,

    1. No spoiler/lip
    2. Somehow find an M-tec 2 rear spoiler
    3. Or stay with the IS lip,
    4. Paint the black IS lip to color match
    5. Or get an M-tec 1 rear spoiler

    Charlie

With the painted look of the M-tec 2 you dont want to rock a black spoiler. I am a fan of none, or the mathed M-Tec 2.

M-Tech I spoilers look awesome with M-Tech II kits, and so does the smaller is lip spoiler (which you have) when they're painted body color. IMO, the M-Tech II spoiler is just to big and bulky for the E30, I've always thought it looked out of place, even though it is part of the kit. I would either have your is spoiler painted body color, or try to find an M-Tech I.

i think the m-tec 1 would look badass, i dont believe i have even seen one on a m-tec 2 body kit, i feel the same way about the m-tech 2 spoiler, alittle too big for me, but it is apart odf the kit like u said, so im stumped any more comments would help

            I'll 3rd that, MT2's are too big.
go with MT1 or Paint the iS unit.

I can't find an m-tech I spoiler. Where can I get one? I probably won't buy one until christmas but if I find one for a good price then it might be sooner.

For an awsome combo on the M Tech 2 - use an E28 M Tech rear spoiler (just like the E30 M Tech 1, but @ 2" longer) & a customized E36M3 front lip spoiler made to fit the E 30 M Tech 2 front valance.

I agree for the most part. ALTHOUGH, some cars can and do pull off the M-Tech 2 wing.

                            m-tech 1 spoiler available here: http://www.be-styled.com/catalog/pro...roducts_id=266

OEM, and in good condition...offer the guy 260 shipped to the US, and he'll bite. I purchased it from him, but made a last minute decision to cancel the order and buy a zender spoiler with brake light instead.

Which reminds me, is there a way to remove the third brake light in the rear window?

                              M-tech1

M-tech one is THE shit, hands down. If you can get it at that price (260 sjipped) i'd say go for it. Bavarian Autosport sells them new for
$359 plus tax/ship. Check it out on www.bavauto.com. They use my car as the example from a pic they snapped at the Bav Auto Show n' Shine back in 2001.
