Contracted a Rare form of GERMAN MONO!

Anyway I finally satisfied a long time ambition to give my E30 the DTM look. I have always wanted this wiper setup and I finally scored it.
Maybe not everyones cup of tea but I am old School.

You know it baby, the windshield will remain shitty until the car is painted in 6 months. If I wait the install and the windshield will be free.

It is the AKG motorsports kit from Ebay. I bought it from a guy who realized that it was a PITA to install and he sold it after giving up.

Are all the mono wiper kits set to leave the arm straight up? I could swear I've seen them kicked all the way to the pass side (Vlad's car???) - maybe I'm on crack.

I just don't dig the arm dead center in the windsheild - that and I had a factory mono arm on a A1 VW scirrocco. It sucked in PNW rain unless you had FRESH rain-x on and a <6 month old blade. even shortened the arm spring for more pressure on contact - nothing.

                If you dig it, cool.

It's not how you handle the good times, but the faith you keep in the bad that defines you.

I wanted to do this on my e46 for the longest time, but never got round to it. Sick man, i like it.

I love the mono wiper look. I had the kit from Bonrath on a 96 VW Gti I had, and loved it.

I've been looking for an e30 setup for a few weeks...but I'm looking for one that sets the arm somewhere other then dead centre of the windshield.

                        props though.
