Wurth paint... defective??

Wurth silver paint USED to be excellent- not sure but I heard that they changed the formula to make it more environmentally friendly.
But, if it's the same stuff they sold 3-4 years ago, then I have to disagree with Trent. I used it on several sets of BMW alloys and they all turned out great- and those I still have in my posession still look great today.
Trent, what don't you like about Wurth silver paint????????

goto a paint supply store have them mix you up cans of paint in the correct colour by the factory formula. aerosol can run about $15ish each and are a little bit larger than a reg spray can.Leave a comment:

Paint the center carps as well!
I did a set of weaves with the Duplicolor Graphite and painted the caps as well - I have also used the Duplicolor Bronze and Silver on other wheels - its a decent product.
As for the Griots, I believe (though I can;t say I know this as fact) that it is Wurth paint.Leave a comment:

I am repainting all the wheels, but I would like them to be at least close to the original color. The Duplicolor silver is too dark and my center caps would look silly with the darker wheels.
What didn't you like about the Wurth?

I've tried Duplicolor silver. Not even close in color, much darker.
How about Griot's?

Wurth paint... defective??
I have my basketweaves stripped down and went looking to order some Wurth silver laquer.
Apparently, everyone is out because Wurth RECALLED their last batch because of improper chemical composition.
Anyone have a suggestion for a different, close match?
