    M Body on 325e

I know this might get everyones panties in a bunch, but I may be able to get these parts off a 89 M3 that was destroyed. caught on fire, and engine destroyed.

    Front bumper
    Fenders (front and back)
    Side skirt
    Rear bumper

IS it possible to mount these body parts to a NON M car, as I stated I have a 325e. It would be a complete make over, plans on making it a spec M from a non M car.

    (the burning begins.)

Anything is possible - just send me the front strut housings. ;)

The rear fenders will have to be welded on - since it is uni body.

4 real! I have been looking for a set for a long time.

        That said:

I have seen a few M3 clone drop tops around, and that is what they did. Bought an M3 (wrecked) and used the parts to make an M3 clone drop top. I am sure it can be done on a non drop top as well.

You also need the rear part of he roof, which creates a slighter angle of the back window. This then meets the raised trunklid. Without the raised trunk and roof section it will totally fake.

Definitely fake but sometimes I think it's a much better looking car without the M3 back glass/deck lid. The purpose was to not create as much rear lift by raising the spoiler. One of the E30's aesthetic attractions is the rear deck height. Right before the era where all body shapes started to look alike in their basic form.
