I haven't tried any personally (yet), but I know that Autosol makes some really good products to maintain and clean the top and rear window. As far as making one better, Meguiar's makes a plastic cleaner that's supposed to be good, and you can always try to use a heat gun or hair dryer to get out creases. That's about all I know of.1988 325ic Automatic

You need to talk with a guy that owns a Jeep soft top! :)
Honestly, there is a plastic window polish for off road freaks that enjoy looking out the window after a run though the woods.
Mothers makes some, among some many other companies. You NEED to remember polishing generates heat - so it must be done carefully, more so if you use a buffing wheel. Heat + Plastic = pissed off'89 "is" = M technic II build mode.

The ones that are pretty popular:
For regular maintence cleaning and protection, or to clean plastic window before folding down the top:
Plexus Plastic Cleaner, use with a microfiber towel
To remove light scratches and clean:
Meguiar's Mirror Glaze
Clear Plastic Polish #10
Clear Plastic Cleaner #17 Use these with foam pads.

I have heard people getting good results with Flitz polish and Mother's Power Ball.
Those are some products I'd suggest, I'd start with the Meguiar's cleaner and polish and then move on to something more aggressive if the Meguiar's doesn't remove the all the scratches.
Remember to use only microfiber towels and foam pads and to be meticulously clean with them.
