Rear quarter window moulding

Hi all,
I was wondering how to remove and replace the passenger side quarter window moulding (part #7 in the picture) for an '89 325i coupe. Do I have to take the interior A pillars off first?

And would I be able to find just this part? Or does it come with the window altogether, or the window trims?

I'm guessing you should be able to get it on its own.
No clue on how to remove it... Bentley/Haynes manual perhaps? I'm guessing you'd have to take the chrome off first...
