Anyone familiar with PPG's/English Color's "Omni" paint

Does anyone know if this level of their paint is decent at all? They make it seem like it's shiite. Why would they carry it then! I don't really want to spend much however I don't want some paint that can't take the hot ass Texas summer heat either. Thanks

I'll stay away from the Omni / Shop line in that case. I plan on going by English today to purchase some paint.
