    Questions and rants galore.

    A few questions--
What is the black stuff thats covering up the divingboard metal bumpers called? I guess its called trim, or whatever. Anyhow....It warps pretty bad, doesnt it. Seen tons of it. "Disconnected" from the bumper. Any way to undo that or cheap way to replace? Or leave em off, give it the old 2002 look : ).

Question numero two: Ive heard nothing but maaco horror stories. Anyone used em? Cause I realize I can't paint now, and am thinking of just droppin my bimmer off there. Seems cheap..but cheap is cheap..ergo, would it be a bad Idea to just drop it off, without covering up bumpers lights logos et cetera?

And is there any way to hide those nasty dash cracks? Vynil paint? Any cheap trick?

Last but not least, is racers tape tacky to cover up destruction of plastic valences and what not? an opinion.

Thanks for your time..My e30 needs hard loving.

macco does shitty body work. macco can do really good paint work though, bring them a gutted car with the bodywork done and masked off properly, and provide them the paint or get their top of the line paint. do this and i have seen really good results for decent $$. deviate from this plan at your own risk.
