How to remove late model front valence?

How do you remove the late model front valence? Is there any cutting involved? It seems I've searched all over but I can't find any information on the procedure. Thanks.

have you looked at the valance while it is on the car? and try to figure out what you have to do?

and i believe there is no cutting, just hardware.

      Pull the bumper.

      Pull the grilles off.

Pull the 10 or so bolts that hold it on. You'll need a torx bit of some sort for the lower front corner of each fender, where it bolts under the grille. Don't forget to pull the lower bolts for the bumper mounts. You'll also need to pull some of the plastic trim in the wheelwells, IIRC.
