How to Remove trim from non-popout coupe rear side windows?

How is this done? Is it possible to do it without damaging the trim? I want to redo my shadowlining right. I know how to take the whole thing off the car, but you just get it all in a big block with no obvious way to separate the various parts.

Presuming that you are talking about the one huge trim piece that goes all the way around the rear fixed side windows, it is riveted together. You'll have to drill the rivets out, but I don't see any easy way to re-rivet that together...
