Zender Rear Apron for D/B cars - will it fit with tucked bumpers? Still trying to decide on a rear apron. It is between the RD and Zender one. Pics of the Zender apron on d/b cars seem to be hard to find - anyone have any? I've read that the apron comes all the way out to the edge of the diving board - anyone ever try to mount one on a car with tucked bumpers?

Here's a pic I found of the zender apron for aluminum bumpers. I have this same type of Zender apron for sale but it needs some work.

Haha, I took that picture a long time ago...like 6 years ago...I don't even have that picture anymore.

Yes, it will fit under tucked bumpers. In fact, it might even work on plastic bumpers.

The back of the apron looks like it extends all the way out to the edge of the bumper - wouldn't it stick out if the bumper was tucked?

What if you mounted on an 88+ coupe metal rear apron like Josh did in his bumper swap? Then the rear of your car would look just like an 88 coupe, which doesn't look bad at all.

Sorry for the delayed response. I just measured. You could tuck the bumpers about 1.25".
