Mtech II question

Will the lower portion of the Mtech II bumper attach to the standard bumper off of my 89 325i? It needs a front lip and the lower bumper has a few cracks and i love the look of the mtech II kit. I was also looking at getting a knock off front bumper possibly from abrahams motorsport. Anyone know of their quality? I read a little about them and there was a basically just bitchfest about it. I'm not too worried about going OEM atm because the car is in need of a little body work and i eventually hope to get a full OEM mtech II kit when/if i repaint it.


I'm looking at just this portion...

Yes it will, but no it doesn't fit well with the standard plastic bumper. Lines don't match up on the sides.

So it looks like if i want this option i will have to buy the bumper cover as well. I'll probably just end up fixing what i have right now and sourcing an is lip
